We’re a two person branding and marketing consultancy. But does that really tell you who we are?
There’s lots in this website about what exactly we do in terms of services and the sorts of specific things we work on, plenty of jolly pictures and client testimonials but who are we really and what do we stand for?
One of the things we do with our clients when looking at their brand and marketing is check in with them about what their company values are, and if they’re not sure we help them explore that. So what about us? What are our core company values?
Kind of obvious for a design and marketing company but we extend our creative approach to everything that we do and we think creatively about all of the business issues and opportunities that our clients present us with. We might not give you what you at first think you want but we certainly give you what you need and our creativity is a big part of how we do that.
We believe that excellent service should be at the heart of any business and we really do try and go the extra mile to both deliver exactly what a client needs to help their business and to behave towards them in a respectful and helpful way. We love finding new ways to help people and enjoy going out of our way to make things just that little bit better.
If we really don’t agree with something, we don’t do it, simple as that. This isn’t just about morals and ethics but it’s also about what we know will and won’t make a difference to a company in terms of their branding and marketing and not doing something we really don’t agree with or we believe will fail just so we get to send an invoice. We’re not afraid to disagree or to walk away from a prospective project if we feel we can’t do the right thing. We also don’t pretend we can do stuff we can’t just to get the job either. Of course life is all about compromise and we always trust our clients to work with us to make the best decisions for their business.
If it isn’t fun to do or the people involved aren’t fun to be with then we’re not really interested thanks very much! Not every day can be a five star day but we try to ensure that the way we work, our attitude and the clients we attract mean that we have as much fun as we can.
